About Larry Bangs

Larry has devoted his professional life to an extensive study of productivity and effectiveness with his own life and work as the primary laboratory. He has participated in countless seminars and workshops and spent thousands of hours reading, studying and being coached in all aspects of human behavior related particularly to work effectiveness, relationships and communication. Along with his coaching practice which began in 1988, he has worked with numerous organizations, both non-profit and for profit, in a variety of different roles along the way:

After training for two years with a small firm in California, Larry started his own coaching business. For the past eighteen years, he has worked with hundreds of small businesses and non-profit organizations. He has also created and led a variety of group workshops dealing with marketing, sales and critical success factors for small businesses and been the featured speaker at a number of regional and national conventions.

Now located in Boulder, Colorado, Larry is "reinventing" his coaching practice as Bangs Business Coaching with a focus on building visionary businesses through Strategic Planning and Executive and Entrepreneurial Coaching. He offers workshops for groups and associations in "Building a Visionary Business," "The Basics of Strategic Planning," "Effective Enrollment – The Key to Increasing Sales Effectiveness," "Business Ethics," and "Communicating Internally or We Have Met the Enemy and He is Us."
